You can permanently delete your Girmanators family account, or an individual child profile, at any time from inside the app or the web dashboard at girmanators.com. Deletion is available to the parent (administrator) of the family account.

How to delete your account or a child profile
  1. Sign in to Girmanators as the parent (administrator) — in the Android app or at girmanators.com.
  2. Open Admin → User Manager.
  3. Select the child profile you want to remove — or your own account to delete the entire family — and choose Delete.
  4. Confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately.
What gets deleted
  • The account's profile information (names, login handle, notification email) and settings.
  • Location history, device records, and parental-control configuration for enrolled devices.
  • Uploaded content owned by the account (photos, avatars) and activity records (chores, rewards, balances, events).

Deleted records are purged from our production systems immediately as part of the deletion transaction. Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days. Some records may be retained where required by law (for example, records of subscription payments processed by Stripe).

Deleting the app is not the same as deleting your account. Uninstalling the Girmanators app from a device stops collection from that device but does not remove your data. Use the steps above to delete your data.

Can't sign in, or need help?

If you can't access your account (forgotten credentials, device no longer available), email us at support@girmanators.com from the parent email address on the account and ask us to delete the account. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete.
